Hamilton businesses honoured at Chamber of Commerce awards

The Hamilton Chamber of Commerce has announced the winners of its once-a-year Remarkable Small business Accomplishment Awards (OBAAs).

The 39th yearly honours had been handed out through a gala at Carmen’s Banquet Centre on Wednesday night.

This year’s awards counseled local organizations and businesses for “their achievements, enterprise development, and all round effect on the neighborhood,” in accordance to a press launch from the chamber.

The inaugural winner of the Hamilton CEO of the Calendar year Award was PJ Mercanti of Carmen’s Team.

Small enterprise: Electric powered Diner, a downtown Hamilton eatery regarded for its nostalgic esthetic and exclusive eats. They have two destinations — one on George Avenue and the other on James Street North.
